When will my made-to-order products be prepared?
Fresh vitamins and nutrients are always worth the wait! Small batches are prepared several times a week and shipped straight to you.

Where do you ship to?
We offer free standard shipping for the US and Canada for all orders!

For international orders, we offer free international shipping on Skincare Sets! Express rates and other shipping options are available for review at checkout.

What is your return policy?
Due to the fresh nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Your happiness and satisfaction are important to us. Please contact hello@maisonwolfberry.com with your feedback and we will do our best to make it right.

What if my product is damaged during shipment?
We do our best to package our parcels securely for shipment. In the rare event that you products arrive damaged, please contact hello@maisonwolfberry.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos, so that we can send replacements your way.
